What does an AI partner actually do?
We give your business a team to turn to for AI: what to use, where to apply it, how to build it, and how to help your people work with it. The partnership can include strategy, implementation, training, and ongoing support, shaped around what you need.

Start with the work you’d like to improve. You don’t need a technical brief or a ready-made idea. We’ll ask about your business, the work your team does, and what gets in the way.
Can you work with our existing tools?
That’s where we start. We review your current systems, the integrations they support, and the access available. Then we recommend an approach that fits your workflow, explaining any changes needed before we build.
How do you handle data and human oversight?
We agree on the information a system needs, who can access it, and which actions need human approval. Before connecting anything, we review where providers process data, their model-training terms and retention settings.
We also agree how to handle incomplete or uncertain results, test the system with your team, and document who handles issues and what happens to access and stored information when the work ends.
Do we need a long-term commitment?
A focused project may be the right first step. An ongoing partnership may make sense as your needs grow.
We agree the deliverables, fees and any third-party costs before work begins, along with ownership, access, how we’ll check the work, and the handover and support arrangements.
